The reason I understood was because it's right above the range (and plates and cups, or china) in house

Chrome doesn't open

Chrome doesn't want to boot up for me at all right now. I click on it in my start menu, on my taskbar shortcut, I even went directly to the exe file, but I just get the loading cursor for a couple seconds and nothing happens. It doesn't show up in task manager either. I've tried restarting my pc, using the chrome cleaner, making sure it went through my firewall, and overwriting the installation, but it still won't work. Chrome Canary still works, and that's what I'm on right now, as do Firefox and IE. The one odd thing that I think may be an issue is when i tried to uninstall and then reinstall - Windows tells me to close all chrome windows, which, obviously, I have none of at the moment. I'm on win8.1 if that changes anything.
Like I said, I got Canary to work, and I had backup codes so I'm able to access my google account stuff so the most important stuff is accessible, but several of my less critical accounts have 2-factor authentication and my phone is disconnected right now so I have no way to access them on my desktop. I'd really like to be able to get to them.

off topic but wouldn't casts benefit from a radar on the HuD?
Not really considering we already have the CSGO style outlines on players
To be fair CS has a radar too, but I do see your point
A game that uses its entire map at one time like CS benefits much more from a radar than tf2 would. The action for tf2 is much more localized and so the outlines do the job fine

I thought the way the mediguns worked on the first patch was pretty neat; if you were in a traditional killbind situation but have high%, it made you think about whether to try to get out/take the potential spawntime penalty or to give them the %. Also allowed for the possibility to change off of kritz midlife
Would've made it change stuff interestingly without being completely broken

Not all the time its smart to pop but some meds are so head strong to milk it / depends on the meds play style ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Maybe you need to play with good meds who actually pop then
