ZantSo I tried it out, and it looks great and all, but the crosshair... I know it can be disabled in hudlayout but I guess it got corrupted and everything is clustered together and not formatted in a way that i can tell what anything is within it. I tried adding you but I guess you blocked me :S Any suggestions?
Use Notepad++, not default notepad.
Apologies if you are using notepad++ but that's usually what happens.

reillyI always thought that mail-in rebates applied to instore purchases? I just bought the EC1 in-store, and it was $51 before tax (aka, only the instant rebate). Oh well, still cheaper than normal.
Mail in rebates have to be mailed in to the manufacturer after you buy them
Hence the name

I wish I still had Comcast though--when I was living in Nashville it was always fast and I never had any problems. Now I'm in Kansas and Cox is awful...I'm paying for the non-shit tier and I still can't even watch streams a lot of the time. :(

Only Kansas City on the Kansas side. Olathe, Kansas (represent), a suburb to the south, gets it either this or next year, then Houston.
Right now I'm on low-tier Surewest. It's okay, and I can watch streams and play at low ping to central servers (like not even kidding I ping 5-9 to Dallas), but it's less than 10down/2up.

Epochyour eternal reward
-while not OP, it is an important part of the Saharan set which is just too good altogether and also gives a buff that is pretty OP (see #6). A quick solution to balancing it would be to replace the eternal reward with the Wanga Prick, an item already in circulation with the same exact effects and then just removing the bonus.
The Eternal Reward isn't the problem. The set is. They need to nerf the set bonus instead of the weapon.
reserve shooter
-syncs too well with soldier and degreaser pyro in that if you airblast someone/rocket their feet and you know it's going through, the fast switch allows you to punish him immediately with no recourse whatsoever and pretty easily get a second shot
I'm pretty sure that's why it's a soldier and pyro item, and not, say, heavy.
