Foxi don't understand why people would continue using openplugin after they directly stated in the patch notes that it isn't allowed
Team Fortress 2 Update Released
Product Update - Valve Apr 18, 2013
Disabled plug-ins that would allow users to connect to secure game servers even when -insecure is specified on the command line
Continued use of such plug-ins will risk your Steam account getting VAC banned
How can you not read that and not understand the implied "find a way around -insecure and we'll ban your ass"?
Mlnd is right. It's been tried, and I think I saw someone suggest it a few days ago. The problem is that the game mechanics don't allow health/ammo to show up at the same time (so that it doesn't make it difficult to read the scoreboard, I think) so you'd be playing blind. I'd rather know my health and ammo and tap my scoreboard button to see who's up.

Please tell me this is not actually true. :,) electric effects.
That's something that's been known for months, when they quietly added the new effects.
JaguarFiendI'm on my second 3500 DeathAdder and they are both like this: The right mouse button is substantially harder to push down than the left one which is super light. I remember being concerned about this when I first started playing on my DA. What ended up happening, automatically and naturally, is that I rest my index finger on M1 and both my middle and ring finger on M2 while the thumb and pinky hold the mouse on the sides. Basically it takes 2 fingers to push the right mouse button and have it feel as light and crisp as one finger on the left.
That's odd. In my experience, Razer mice in general have unusually sensitive RMBs. I've tried a lot, and I use a Naga (I know, bad sensor, but I don't think I could part with my thumb buttons. I medic, and I prefer index on LMB, middle on RMB bound to attack2, weapon switch on numbers bound to thumb instead of on mousewheel). The RMB is a little touchier than I'd really like, but you get used to it.
I have had similar problems, but yeah, cleaning seems to have worked, usually.
Arx1st - VanillaTV usually cover these events. If TF.TV wanted to cover it, they should speak to us.
2nd - VanillaTV and TF.TV should have tried to work out a way that the whole community could benefit, and put on the best show possible.
3rd - If these talks couldn't amount to an agreement, then TF.TV should send in a coverage proposal to Multiplay. VTV then respond. Multiplay then decide who should cover the event.
-----------------------------
The problem that I'm trying to point out, is that TF.TV skipped the first and second step. This is a hostile approach towards us, rather than one that actually looked at what would benefit the community the most.
There are calls for us to allow commentators and crew to come help out at i49. Honestly, I still think this is the best option, but can't you even see why I'm having trouble agreeing to this, when people attempt to shut you out of the game like they did?
Do you not understand how capitalism works? TFTV is your direct competitor now. They decided to get a foot into the market by casting i49. Multiplay has the right to choose whatever proposal they want, and they chose TFTV's. They even offered to collaborate, but you refused (and by what I understand, rather rudely). If you don't want to collaborate, then of course they're going to compete instead. That's literally the basics of a proposal in a capitalist economy. You have no long-term contract with them, so they can choose whoever the hell they want. You have no "right" to it just because you had the monopoly on iseries casting up until now.
As a lot of people have said, you do need a mic. In pugs, communication is a lot more important than in lobbies, since most players play them a lot closer to real match-quality/are higher-level players than in lobbies.
Here's the thing about pugs, though - as long as you actually prove yourself by playing well, or at least making an effort to play well (knowing your callouts, not taking bad contests, working with your whole team, etc) then most players won't mind that you don't sound mature. I've played with kids whose voices haven't broken, or are obviously in their early-mid teens by the sound of their voice, who are worlds better at this game than I am. I'm not going to judge you based on your voice, I'll judge you based on what you show me you can do.
Then again, there are people who will care. They're the minority who needs to get some maturity themselves. Ignore 'em.
The medic play where you switch back to uber just in time to block the rocket hoooly shit
If he's going to use it for games other than TF2, consider staying with the Nvidia card. The 7870 is a good card but Radeons in general can't handle PhysX very well. Then again, if he doesn't care about PhysX effects too much, I would go with the Radeon.
Spartacusyeah that. Don't know where the 11 came from.
Lies, I'm onto you. You're going to get a mentor to get better, then study VODs of S11 matches. Then you'll go back in time and participate in Open in S11. Using your knowledge of other teams' strategies, you sandbag open and go straight to invite. Spartacus is known as the best scout in TF2; however, he is the only one who knows that it is because he already knew what every team would do. His dominance continues until S14, when his knowledge of the future expires as it hadn't happened yet.
"When he gets back tell him I weft him"
You're ignoring the mayor of Swag City and professor of Swag University wap already
He beat cwockwork in MGE
My name is mango chicken and i'm coming with the swag. bigboy is my homie and pepsicola is a fag. I got a big dick and all the bitches wanna ride. When b4nny sees me he wants to hide. I'm dropping all the medics, all the soldiers, all the scouts. I fucking raped HRG, they all just wanna pouts
Bubberkillgrillzwhy are items that make the game faster a crutch?
You don't need a faster game though, I honestly believe NA used it so much longer because of attention span-shortage
Remember that time that Americans went 1st and 2nd against Euros because they actually played aggressively?
