Hi i recently bought a server for my HL team and we want to use TFTrue for ease of changing whitelist and having logs but we are having the issue of it not enabling though we have the files in the server folder, but it isn't turning on but source-mod and meta-mod are working and are enabled, also our server is running on a windows and not Linux, can someone help us trouble shoot this issue and yes i looked around on the internet to look for a fix but couldn't find any.

make sure you didnt download the source code (happens more often than you can imagine)
make sure you've copied both tftrue.dll and tftrue.vdf
make sure you have latest versions of metamod and sourcemod

Don't run TF2 servers on Windows, also TFTrue doesn't work on Windows, so there's your problem.

TFTrue does work on windows (with the .dll), you don't need metamod and/or sourcemod to run it.

You'll know that you installed it properly if you see it mentioned in the status command (might need rcon status, I don't recall)

The download ZIP should contain the instructions, make sure you put the files in the right location, it's possible your provider doesn't let you access the right folders but that's unlikely
It should look something like Team Fortress 2 Dedicated Server/tf/addons/TFTrue.dll

It's also possible the Windows hooks are outdated, in which case you'll have to ask AnAkkk to update it
