Just do normal jump maps, this map won't help more then normal maps

If you want to practice rollouts, just jump on a listen server with addcond 92.
If you want to practice jumping, go onto a jump.tf server or any jump server.

Similar to blegh and damneasy, I don't recommend jump_competitive.
If you want to practice rollouts, the maps themselves should work fine (there might be some rollout training maps? idk). jump_competitive has a bunch of random jumps that are very rarely useful, including lots of jumps from maps no longer played.
If you want to improve your movement and player control, almost any other map is preferable to competitive. It's a bunch of really finicky, yet simple, jumps. They mostly aren't challenging mechanically, they're challenging because you have to do these simple jumps just right.

Besides what the guys already said, if you still wanna do maps with rollout jumps, jump_oats has a couple of those and its pretty fun :0
