The f's are kind of cramped together as apposed to everything else.

I remember seeing a thread before on the same thing but I can't find it.

I'm using Google Chrome, if it's useful to know.

Um I think if you search on windows for the 'Adjust the appearance and performance of windows' application and tick the box that says 'Smooth edges of screen fonts' it should correct itself and work.

have u tried rebooting after changing that setting ? or change all the checkboxes and see if it makes a difference

Try ticking the Adjust for best appearance tickbox at the top

Looks like ClearType is off. There should be an entry about it in the sidebar for Display settings in the Control Panel.
