looking at the examples he listed, i don't think he'll like anything from the hardcore genre except freeform/trancecore and happy hardcore.

Also, three20, klute, trisector, noisestorm, and bustre are musts for DnB. Nit Grit/Phaeleh are in my opinion the best dub step out there but even that is more limited to a more ambient take on the genre.
Also in terms of straight up albums: hardcore syndrome 6, A.D. 2995, Metrojackz (More of an electro funk), Little Planet (amazing album, not necessarily what you're looking for though), Not 4 on the floor, Monstercat 10, Bright colors, This is an album about science, glass swords, Thirty (Artist for this is Hiroyuki Oda(amazing trance album)), Etude (Artist is Nhato), and the recently re-released Fat of the Land 15th anniversary edition.
And if you're a real nigga hit up Universal Hall Pass for Mercury and the subtle things EP because Melissa Kaplan has the greatest voice of all time
