the battle frontier was the only decent part of the game and it felt so gimmicky. Like I mean if you wanted to play pokemon but at the same time didn't want to play pokemon i guess you could play that if you want. idk why i hate hoenn so much it just felt so bland like all the things they tried to do was already done in past gamees. i mean its the 3rd gen but 4th was so much cooler and better than hoenn

Not the best Gen, but probably the most enjoyable. I hope the contests come back because I really enjoyed those. This also practically confirms Mega evolutions of Sceptile, Swampert, Kyogre, and Groudon, with Rayquaza having a possibility of one. I'll wait for images/footage before I truly get hyped, but I'm practically hyped. It's been years since I last used Sceptile, the only grass starter I've ever used. I'll be picking up Alpha Sapphire for based Kyogre, who is one of my favorite Legendaries.

Oh, and we might get Street Pass bases. I miss bases, so I hope they do something to further improve them like maybe winning online battles giving you rare items or points to buy certain items.

Pretty sure the mega evo's of latios and latias come into play here as well. It'll be interesting to see what they do with it.
