My boy Stipe Miocic!

Also UFC's hype went down big time over the last year or so... not as fun as it used to be.

Agreed...they've become like the WWE in amount of pay-per-views. On top of that they have 2-3 reality shows (split up between countries), as well as a bunch of live events that. Not that that's necessarily bad, but the way they market every one is that it will somehow have the "best fight ever in MMA". It's just going over the top in showmanship, which isn't what the true fans want anyways.

That being said, forever and always Wanderlei Silva, always gives it his all. Never seen a boring fight from him ever.

Jon Jones, Chris Weidman because he's from the same town as me and I went to highschool with his training partner Gian Villante.. And who doesn't like Chael Sonnen? That guy is hysterical.

Clay Guida to me puts the most into every fight he never gives up, he's not the most gifted but he has the most heart.

Machida is really good too. I've always liked Frank Mir for some reason I liked that he was technical as a big man and not just power.

All these years following MMA and it is easy to see the downward trend we are on right now.

The new flavor of MMA, and the UFC in particular, is watering down the Championship Belts and the Champions themselves. All to often the UFC is dealing with championship matches as if they were boxing matchups. Belts go undefended or vacated and champions sit on the shelf instead of fighting the most worthy opponent.

Every fighter is simply out to get the biggest pay day fight available. Its almost like the fighters smell the blood in the water when it comes to the Championship Belts.

last night was pretty much a 1-fight card for me and it got cancelled. I watched a little bit of it but just wasn't interested, I really like wrestling matches and Khabib/Furgeson looked like it was going to deliver. Watched a bit of Evans/Kelly but just wasn't interested enough to keep watching and tuned out. Heard that the main event wasn't that great so I don't feel like missed anything anyways

Khabib/Furgeson is cursed dude i swear
