yes you can prove it ran and that it exerted stress on your pc but how do you say "my pc ONLY fucked up because of this specific string of a program running and has never had any problem that could have been caused by anything else"
i dont doubt that some people had shitty machines that might have overheated by sitting at 100% cpu usage for days but i have a hard time thinking of how they prove it if in fact their machines are fucked

They also get to pay it over a specific amount of time as to not hinder ongoing business functionality, otherwise they would just run out of money and the business would fail and then wouldn't be able to pay it all back. SO the court will make the payments work for ESEA.
