Try restarting TF2, seemed to fix it for me.

just to be thorough, i had the same problem and had to restart the steam client to fix it

another update some people may have missed. The winger now allows you to jump 50% higher on your second jump too. Previously it only allowed you to jump 50% higher only once.

after this update my contrast went up to disturbingly unplayable levels, validating atm, gonna take a screenshot if it doesnt work.
