If anyone is looking for a good/cheap game, I highly recommend this game. I never do game recommendations, but this game just blew away everything that I thought a horror game could entail. Even the people who were watching me stream it said that the game was 'intense' and they even felt scared from a spectator point of view.

"Bar-none, THE greatest horror-genre game I have ever had the pleasure of playing.
This game had not only the horrific characters, but it also had an absolutely spectacular ambience to the entire game. The whole world just gives off this ominous feeling and you are unable to shake it throughout the entire game. If there is one game that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone, whether you're a fan of horror-games or not, it would be this game. This game will ruin all other games for you and I am hoping that Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs (which is due for release in a few days), can duplicate the standard that this game just set for me for horror games, if not heighten that standard. I applaud Red Barrel Studios for this amazing work of art.
This has renewed my faith in the horror-genre of video games."

It says 4 hours of game-time in my library, and a lot of other people are saying around 4 hours too. People seem upset about it being some-what short, but I think they forget that it is only $20 and was only $15 for pre-orders.

My friend was playing it and lasted for like 5 minutes alone in his room, lights off with headphones.

Sound design is kind of poor. The mechanics are solid. The scares are cheap. The atmosphere is cheesy. If you're into these sort of games it's probably worth the money. To me it's just QTEs, running past monsters and pointless walking.

I was streaming it earlier for a couple hours. It's fun, but easy. I'm almost impossible to "scare" so it hasn't been intense at all for me.

From what I've seen it isn't as good as Amnesia. There are a few design choices that sorta ruin the immersion and scaryness. I don't want to be a spoil sport but I would end up not taking the game seriously due to a few silly things I've seen in it.
The new amnesia game is coming out soon though!
