The one time I interacted with DiZi was in a tf2mix where I was offclassing to scout. He was on the other team.

He kept shittalking my scout partner for the mix and it annoyed the hell out of me. Not to mention I was somehow dominating him for at least a part of it despite my terrible scouting skills. I probably happened to be hitting shots but when I'm just running around pissed off doing whatever, I should be caught out and dead.

General Caveman and Rawr seem alright from the few times I've been around them.

Make of that what you will (and that goes for whoever the hell is leading this team). Also, who has a FORMAL tryout process nowadays?

I'm always for people getting better and improving, especially attitude wise, but at least ONE person on the team is not there yet, in my miniscule opinion.
