In case you don't know, TAS are where people emulate the game in question, and slow it down frame by frame and the ability to rewind gameplay if they mess up to get quite literally the most perfect speedrun possible. This includes the ability to abuse the randomizer in games and abuse glitches.
For me it's a toss up between
Super Metroid in 12 minutes
and
F-Zero GX TAS.
Those 2 are definitely my favorites of the ones I have seen.
