CRT monitors are the best :)
What model CRT is that?
Also what Resolution/Refresh you running? (look like 1024x768 or maybe 800x600)
-edit-
nevermind you apparently have it on your profile. apparently this is an LCD on your profile...
sorry i've just updated the monitor on my profile x)

Still not seeing the model number :P
If you can find you what the max horizontal sync refresh that would be awesome. I'm 99% sure you can get over 100Hz on the monitor you have :)
A lot of 17in CRTs (like the one you have) have anywhere from 70kHz to 96kHz for the horizontal refresh rate. Which means at 800x600 you should be able to get ~110Hz if it's 70kHz if it's 96kHz you can get to ~150Hz this is also assuming your max vertical refresh rate is 150Hz or more most are but a handful cap out lower and if that's the case you can probably raise your resolution to 1024x768 at whatever the max vertical refresh is. Of course you would have to use a custom resolution either via the Nvidia Control Panel or the Custom Resolution Utility
As an example
Dell M991 CRT (I have this monitor but it doesn't display blue correctly anymore)
Size = 19in
Native Resolution = 1600 x 1200 at 75 Hz
Horizontal Scanning Frequency = 96kHz
Vertical Refresh Rate = 160Hz
Best way to find the max Vertical Refresh for a given resolution on a CRT is taking the Horizontal Scanning Frequency dividing it by the number of horizontal lines and then multiplying it by 0.95
VSF = HSF / number of horizontal lines x 0.95
using 800x600 for the Dell M991
96000 / 600 x 0.95 = 152Hz
to get 160Hz
H = 96000 x 0.95 / 160
H = 570
Custom 4:3 resolution for this 760 x 570

I've invested in DJ equipment so my desk area has been through an overhaul. I'm really happy with the shelving to keep all my CDs and the fact that my desk is nice and tidy is a blessing (cable management is ass tho lol)
