I know it's tough but you guys will learn a lot if you stick it out, just remember to take it slow and set realistic goals (like, we're going to push out of last once, we're going to take a round, etc.) Schedule some easier scrims for your team so you don't always have to get pounded so you can retain a little bit of a winner's/aggressive attitude.
It's tough but you will find that you guys are miles ahead of anyone who started at roughly your skill level and decided to play UGC instead.

My team stayed alive and look at where I am now... Now my feeding is ten times more impactful than last season! :)

SlicerogueHe can play mid open. Beware though. As his name suggests he has a big ego. He has DM but has trouble knowing when to properly use it and baits his team sometimes. As Matches said though if you give him heals he will frag. If you want to pick this guy up you'll need to get demo reviews from people way better than him because he has thin skin and wont take criticism from peers. If you want some one with pretty good DM and have a dedicated mentor then he is the [medic] for you.

This team has a bunch of up and comers from highlander moving to 6s and with Exile, who was a really solid IM demo & medic, should be able to lead them to at least top 3 in open this season. They beat luc’s team pretty convincingly and i’m excited to see them face a tough opponent in playoffs (if there is one besides el classico). Andrew, who is one of the better snipers in plat this season, has also been putting up some pretty insane stats, he dropped 40 frags against luc’s team and he pretty much assures them a win against any team in open if he’s hitting shots on sniper.

3. High Altitude Dreamworld
-Dev/Pauldogg/Brembo/Okiewaka/Morin/Lucrative
It seems like after their loss against grapeSquad this team has changed their roster a bit. Differ who wasn’t enjoying the team stepped down and lucrative took her place, Morin has gone back to his original main that he played in s19, and they’ve picked up Dev on scout. This team probably won’t have another close match this regular season so we will have to wait till playoffs to see how this roster preforms against grapeSquad or el classico.

4. b1g brane
-Zacice/Jude/Yekun/Kohly/Alexandros/China
This is a team of some up and comers who will probably surprise a lot of people this season. They had a really close 5-4 win against Coon Platoon earlier this season which Is why i’m putting them one spot above. As long as this team keeps playing solid and improving at a steady pace they shouldn’t have anymore losses this season.

5. Coon Platoon
-Rogue/Punisher/Freederf/Def/Cheezus/Shining Star
This roster looks pretty promising and they’ve already beat Maelstrom’s team which I see as an upset, maybe it was a fluke but i’m not sure. Rogue played last season on cray’s team and was did pretty good from what I remember. I believe Punisher played scout in IM forever ago but maybe i’m mistaken. I haven’t really heard of any of the other players but from their record they all look pretty solid.

6. Landed in Open
-Riot/Paul/Dylan/Maelstrom/Yuno/Diashock
Maelstrom being in open is a crime. He’s one of, if not the best player in open this season, but its hard to carry an entire team of people. I’m sure he can help them all improve a significant amount over the course of this season and make them all into solid players.

7. Razer Synapse Loaded
