Chicken is like the hardest meat to make it not taste like fucking clay without spending a long time prepping it.

saute onions in olive oil. Put chicken in. Put minced garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and rosemary on top. It doesn't taste like chicken anymore but anyone who says they like the taste of chicken is lying in the first place so whatever.

PM i have like 20 different chicken recipes from a dark time in college where I ate nothing but chicken, rice, and some green vegetables on the side.

It depends on what you mean, I like a good spatchcock roasted chicken which produces crisp skin and even cooking all around, and a good dry brine to keep the bird taste and retain moisture. Also korean fried chicken is pretty good.

I cooked a chicken this morning. Marinaded with salt, pepper, cayenne and various herbs. Roasted with potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots, and mixed stock with the pan juice (and cornflour to thicken) to make gravy. It was good.

Koreans make really good fried chicken, I just wish they were friendlier.
