Thoughts on switching to a double elimination bracket? It would take longer and be a bit more difficult for me, but I feel like that would be more fair.

Definitely prefer double elimination. I assume this tournament isn't gonna be seeded, so double Elim is definitely better to get the best teams to the finals.

It's really up to you in terms of the amount of work you want to put in though.

That was pretty much my reasoning. I think it's what I'll end up doing.

So far we have 18 teams tentatively signed up. Hopefully we'll see a full 64 team bracket. Signup close date will be posted pretty soon, expect it to be around a week from now.
