replace the file either with the default file or the file from another hud, in which u will have to change out any fonts/colors/potential vtf/images, the file u need to swag out is scoreboard.res
also alternatively u can just get the default file for the scoreboard and find Damage and Damage label and add it into your hud and mess with the values from there

With the takyahud-classic, how do I make my ammo counter have a red backing when reaching a low amount of ammunition like the health gets a red backing after reaching a low health total?

I'm pretty sure it's just how it looks when you first join a game and haven't shoot any stickies yet. I've had that in the default hud so I guess it's a game 'bug'. Same happens in the killcam when someone kills you for the 1st time. Also happens when you use hud_reloadscheme. Or is it always like that?

What makes the main menu cycle backgrounds? A lot of people have their HUDs set to only use the Upward file, and then they replace that file, but how does the default HUD do it? I've been digging at it but I haven't had any luck figuring that out.
