Reducing mouse polling rate did not fix the issue

I checked my windows system event logs and do not see the same errors he was seeing, nor have I had the IO issues he displayed in the vid

It's set to 1000 right now, but from what I've seen it's only a problem if you go above that. I can try lowering it and see though.

I've done a full reset of my OS recently so all the files / registry were reset. As for the freeze it's just the game, Discord / music do not stutter when it happens. I'll try to get a net_graph 4 vid

I've completely reinstalled the game twice, but I'll try this out as well.

Somewhat pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I'm experience constant stuttering on a decent rig. It's about every 2-3 seconds I freeze for half a second.

Things I've tried:
- Mastercomfig (all tiers)
- Install the game to the same drive as the main steam install
- Disable full screen optimizations
- Fullscreen, windowed full screen
- Adjusting fps_max
- dxlevel 90 in startup options

Specs:
- AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
- Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB x2
- Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB
- Corsair RM1000x
- 2 Samsung SSDs

Graphics drivers / all software is up to date. Really not sure what else to try, this is the ONLY game I have this issue in.

Thank you for this. I really appreciate you grabbing all the current huds from the site and having them ready just in case the creators didn't notice the huds.tf shutdown (because i definitely didn't until last minute).

I know you plan to have a better UI for advanced search, but do you know if things like ratings will return? Sorting by rating would be appreciated because there's a lot of unfinished / minor edit huds in the listings.

Also, what about hitsounds / killsounds? I know this was a minor addition to the original huds.tf, and it was mainly flooded with in-jokes and anime sounds, but I did find it useful for finding some good new beeps and bloops to use.

It's a shame that your name is still attached to them after selling. I ordered a server a few years ago and quickly realized it was no longer you when it wasn't your signature on support tickets. They definitely fail to live up to your standards, but it's awesome to see you coming back.

maybe the dev is a lurker here and thought it would be funny to add the fridge, or this rabbit hole goes a lot deeper.

I've really been trying to figure this one out. I loaded up process f7 (you can see it's the currently played map when b4nny pulls up the scoreboard) and took a look at this door frame. My first impression was that there was a hammer viewport on that door frame, and it was some kind of glitch when walking through it, but no, as you can see there isn't a viewport.

I also figured wherever b4nny teleported was some kind of dev room, but it's actually this back area off the side of the map.

Of note, b4nny is pushing red last and is warped into the room on blu side last. But why was there a fridge there of all places, and what caused his vision to bug out like that?

My take on the fridges appearing on mid is just the prop glitching out to the map origin point, similar to how ragdolls will sometimes appear suddenly and randomly on the midpoint when you have them disabled. The other fridge sightings are very strange.

If you already have tf_dingaling_volume maxed out you can always increase the volume of the hitsound itself through audacity or some other audio editing program.

at least they are still updating it at all????
