In case you didn't see my edit, wiethoofd suggested this when I asked about the same thing a while back

Wiethoofditempanel containse an obsolete attriblabel in Spectator(Tournament).res and possibly still in HudInspectPanel.res, simply remove it, and while you're at it, add 1 line to the itemmodalpanel to get high quality item images.

when i look at it with vgui_drawtree it says that its from MainMenuBG however disabling/repositioning everything with that in its code doesnt seem to work (at least in the mainmenuoverride.res)

Are you trying to center it alongside a built in tf2 crosshair? It can be a bit tricky sometimes if you're trying to center a crosshair around the default crosshairs but it's possible with enough tweaking

if you just want to move the panels, adjust the values of "CMainTargetID" and "CSecondaryTargetID" in hudlayout. If one of those doesn't work, try the "CSpectatorTargetID" and see if that works. I can't remember which controls what but those are bound to be the panels that need to be moved

Okay so, currently i am using another hud with no killstreak icon enabled, however, i do want this killstreak icon from Merek's hud, but whenever I try to take HudItemEffectMeter_KillStreak.res from Merek's hud, and put it in my own, all the fonts get messed up or disappears. I know it's not simple as copying and pasting, but i've tried a shit load of things and i cant figure it out. Can I actually get some help with this?

Normally, most huds have a feature where when your health gets below a certain point, it turns red and when it gets beyond max health, it turns blue or something. (for overheal) How do I make my health start flashing red at 67% instead of 49% -basically adjust what percentage counts as critical health, and start turning blue at 120% health instead of 100%?
I want to change what counts as critical health when looking at other's targetids too, if thats possible.

You'll need to go to the bottom of the killstreak file and find the font for the counter, you'll then have to find that font in clientscheme, both under Fonts and CustomFontFiles at the very bottom. Copy both of those over to your actual HUD and it should work. Make sure to copy the .ttf or .otf file too, from the resource or resource/fonts folder.

Alternatively, you could change the font to HudFontSmall or something similar and if the copy of m0rehud you're using is set up "properly" it should be some size of the surface font.

Mannterface is the first public example of it (colly made it first but didn't tell anyone how, I figured out how to do it separately, then told mannterface's maker who thought to put it in the tournament id's and released it).

It's basically the overheal/hurt flashing cross being set to appear on any health (by setting low health to be 100% health) and being positioned and having the adjustment variable to go from one side to the other. That's done in the health file (it can be done in any health file, not just the tournament id one), the animations part is just making it not flash.

That will, by consequence, make changing the health numbers to red or whatever on low health impossible, since you're telling the game that any bit of damage counts as low health. It's not hard or complicated at all, it's just a weirdish workaround that can take some time to get.
