I know this guy who used to eat nothing but doritos and other corn-based food. It was completely unhealthy and disgusting. One day he was complaining of major pain in his stomach and saying he had been constipated for a while. So he makes an emergency appointment and the doctor takes him right away to help the poor guy out. He asks the dorito fan to take his pants off and expose his buttocks. Feeling completely embarrassed he did so and let the doctor take a look. The doctor shoved his finger deep inside the guy's rectum and pulled out a large chunk of doritos, the guy had eaten so many doritos that his colon was literally blocked by doritos. The doctor called the nurse in with a trashbag and the dorito fan saw the cutest nurse he had ever laid eyes on, but it was ruwined, he had no chance of being with her after she saw him like that. The doctor stuck his finger in again and scraped out several more large chunks of doritos, and the guy let loose the most magnificent dorito shit storm you could ever imagine. The nurse, now covered in doritos and shit had to make sure that the continuing shitstorm was caught within the trashbag so she didn't have to clean the shit off the floor later.
