You may know me as Jack Zhu. Others know me as nick710. But I think everyone knows me as stultus, the protagonist of a classic story of underdog-gone-invite. I have painstakingly climbed the latter of ESEA from open, then to IM, then finally to invite, to achieve my dream goal of meeting renowned players "harbleu" and "YZ50," my idols. And my team has succeeded in netting a LAN spot so we can sangreen it up.
But one problem: We're dirt poor. I have toiled in school, putting in countless hours to tutor young kids about the lessons of love,so I have been unable to net a job. Triunderscore is currently learning how to feel emotions, kermit has been asking his mom for permission to go to LAN, sonmychest has disappeared off into the night, Tagg is playing some fucking random ass rabbit game on stream, and omar is omar.
Community, we turn to you to help us get to LAN.
But this is not some ordinary fundraiser; I am the one hosting it.
For every $50 dollars that is donated: 1 "signature stultus" story told
Benchmarks:
$100: I release my normalcool twitter to the public
$250: Bring a video camera and chronicle my adventures of attempting to "catch" a "fish" in a new "ocean" of "fishes"
$500: Act in character for LAN
Also, starting Nov 1 I will be streaming my adventures in Team Fortress 2 and League of Legends to help this fundraiser out
