statistically, you will get banned in your 23rd match so its really not worth it. You will most likely get banned for going sniper or pyro for one life like everyone else.

I find the best pugs come from closed groups of friends. That does make it difficult though, because it can be hard to make friends without having a group to pug with in the first place.

When I was in your situation, I actually just started my own pug group, invited a bunch of people on steam, and played a few nights a week. Just make sure someone showing up has a server.

p much what reilly said, if you're looking to have fun your best bet is to get into some friend circle and play pugs with them because they enjoy pugging with each other. those are the best pugs, generally

you have to be invited to rayspugs but the "rules for admission" are pretty nonexistent as long as you're a chill dude that won't flip out on people/offclass 24/7

just add me and I'll shoot you an invite to the group

Crit-fail usually has 3-6 open players per pug, and usually plays multiple times per day. The other 9-6 people are more variable, though. YMMV. Sometimes you'll get lucky and it'll be nearly all open-caliber players.

I personally play on the reddit tf2 league pugs. 3 6s pugs a week on Tues, Fri, Sat and HL on Sun. There is almost always enough people. HL sometimes doesn't get enough people though :(.
