so only 6 players around my area are looking for a game even though the steam group is on a 300 comments/minute load right now?

it says i need a ticket even tho i see people playing w/o tickets
the majority of people who vote trump are the kind of people that can't be arsed to read long texts and would rather hear simple and short speeches because they can't be arsed with more
sacquintoshhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnpO_RTSNmQquintoshgood, then move on and ignore the facts, whatever makes you feel better
So you take a media show as your source of facts and call others ignorant? .
ok should i go ahead and quote the other people in this thread who posted the videos of him devowing KKK and david duke? just because john oliver is a comedian doesn't make what he says more or less true, since none of the researches were done from HBO.
yes, he is making a joke out of his name, but even in the hardcover book "The Trumps: Three Generations That Built an Empire" by Gwenda Blair it states when the name change happened and why it happened. whether it was to "anglicize" the name (since the family migrated from germany) or whether it was because it sounded retarded doesn't make a difference.
yes, it's inadequate to dislike a candidate for an odd-sounding name, but it's equally inadequate to like a candidate for their name. a name doesn't have the power to bring fortune and blessings to a country, like he praises it so much.
look at his behaviour and his ineloquent speeches, how is this guy trying to "make america great again"? not to mention his policies that obviously target people who are unhappy with the government, which is what every right-wing party does to gain votes
good, then move on and ignore the facts, whatever makes you feel better
likoHahahahahahahaha How The Fuck Is Cyber Bullying Real Hahahaha Nigga Just Walk Away From The Screen Like Nigga Close Your Eyes Haha
tyler is teh best
burricegames0124Following him to various servers lmfao. I joined one server of his yesterday after mge'ing him and told him I watched his demo and knew he was cheating. Then i left. Also it was appalling to me that after watching that you would still protect him and say that wasn't fishy or he was cheating. So yea I'll admit I thought you may be a moron.
I feel the need to step in real quick because brian is a friend of mine. (yes, the man is cheating and yes, he's a pokefur, but there a lot of people like that playing tf2, so let's not let that affect judgement) First off, you lost to him in mge, then proceed to watch his demos to check for cheating. That alone is pretty weird. In addition to that, you proceed to stalk him server to server and call him out for cheating. This seems pretty extreme, even disregarding the fact that you called brian a moron and accuse the guy of hacking in other games too.
xd
ShpeeismeA bar that can time uber percentages. That seems like a fun challenge to make and I would like to try it out to see if it's practical
you use the tenkey pad to define when the medic spawns, e.g. if he spawns at 9:40 you press "+40" on your keypad
no, because hit detection is done server-side not clientside
DanceNumberI've got it capped at 289, hasn't let me down yet.
why? what's the reason people cap their fps at refresh rate x2 + 1?
raysIf there is enough concern that people streaming aren't playing TF2 but still appearing on the sidebar, maybe look into how SRL does it?
They recently updated their site to include a sort of "auto-detect" feature (which has been in place for awhile admittedly, but they've recently become much more transparent about it), to where if you're on their approved list of streamers, then when you go live, the site checks your stream title for certain keywords. Words such as any%, attempts, practice, runs, routing, rtas, learning, etc., are considered "speed-run friendly" and as a result allow the stream to be displayed on the front page. Conversely, if you have the words/tag [nosrl], "lets play", casual, etc., then you're automatically removed from the front page.
They also give users to ability to edit their profile to switch from auto-detect mode, to always on the front page, to always hidden. Something like this would allow people who want to stream privately for a few friends or something the option to take themselves off of the site.
If TFTV adopted something like this, maybe some key words that could automatically be detected would be things such as scrim, dm, match, hl, 6s, pugs, pubs, etc., and then perhaps a "[notftv]" tag, or something similar that people could add to hide themselves if they weren't playing TF2?
That being said, I know that would be a bit of work to set up and code, and I'm fine with things the way they are. Just offering some potential solutions if it gets to be that big of a problem. I do think that the TF2 community is quite a bit smaller though, and hiding streams would make things difficult for a smaller streamer to grow their audience and introduce them to a variety of games when they'll only be shown to a select group of people when playing a single game.
Here's a bit more info on the SRL auto-detect feature:
