Who says we're here to chill?

Its actually funny how often I get turned down by open level players when I ask them to join. Last season I asked zanda, jert, pandoo, and bigwhitedelight to play with me. They all said no. I typically get 2-3 people (per off season) who ask to join but more often than not they would prefer a team that plays regularly. FYI I turned down catface last off season because he was too good for open.

bark, kvn, and grimm shifted to backup on their own accord. None of those three could play the entire season and wished to just backup. I've never cut anyone or benched someone for a better player (unless you count myself).

this is an empty statement. We have tried two seasons in a row to build an IM team and have been turned down by players. Players in that skill bracket want to play more than twice a week (so they can improve).

Are you accusing JM and I of being toxic and suggesting no one wants to play with us? hurtful but not true. Its understandable that this ignorant perception exists. If your only interaction with me/JM are forum posts and PUGs then I could see why you feel that way.

However we have a long list of teammates and I'm certain each one of them enjoyed playing with us.

I will go even further and say my record speaks for itself. season after season I have been team captain and none of my teams have died or had to forfeit a match. when its match time JM and I bring an unrivaled level of poise and calmness to the game.

At least in NA teams simply don't participate in cups/1 day tournaments. The problem is there just aren't enough teams to fill out a bracket and offer interesting matchups. For every cup/1 day tournament you'll get a mix of 1-2 high level teams (usually that greasy nerd banny will bring his whole team), 1-2 mid level teams, and then a handful of random low level teams.
