We can't do anything besides let scum be scum. If only there was a way to fuck with them in matches or something.
zheepwho fucking cares
if u cant beat these players i think the problem might be u
For context Tery & friends (Blanc) were in the driver's seat to win two maps and eliminate my team from playoffs last season. In spectacular fashion Blanc choked away both of those matches and lost 4-5, 4-5.
In round 9 of Snakewater Blanc held mid with even ubers. They opted to push into our 2nd with 75 seconds left uber vs uber. However, the push was blind and Blanc's combo had no idea where our combo was. Blanc's uber was garbo and they were lucky to even get the force. They then proceed to get rolled all the way to 2nd where 3 players on Blanc sellout to stop 2nd. Rather than just holding last with 40 seconds left 3 players from Blanc bleed on 2nd. The last point is capped with 15 seconds left on the clock.
In round 9 of Gullywash Blanc had numbers and position at mid after we lose a scout and both of our soldiers early. Alfa and I back out of mid and its essentially a 5v1 in favour of Blanc. Except for some reason Tery was by himself on the floor while his team is fighting on point. Tery gets picked off due to being isolated from his team and John goes for the long flank. Blanc at this point should know a scout is behind and it seems like SpaceCadet and sail know. The only reason I'm unsure is they somehow fail to lockout 1 scout from barrelling through Gully choke. Both SpaceCadet and sail die to John and they effectively lose mid and the game from there.
Had you won that match I wonder if everyone would have labelled you and your team the loser IM sandbaggers.
Here is the video recap if you don't want to read:
I suppose you can close you eyes and put all the blame on the two evil sandbaggers for your loss. But if you never own up to your mistakes you never improve. Perhaps this is why you've played 14 seasons of open and never placed or why you're forever a low intermediate player on the easiest class in the game.
So to answer your query, yeah there is a way to "fuck with them". Beat us. We aren't even the best team in the division (that's the other sandbagging IM team "snore").
