does your keyboard has software with profiles or deep switches on his back ? that may or may not disable ghosting ?
shift +d at least in tf2 .... in cs gl with that, probably rebinding your keys to the middle of the keyboard ...
he probably just wants to keep the overall look and goofyness of tf2
on dx8 the problem is less noticeable but the fps still fluctuate a bit
theyve been busy updating passtime and other crap no one cares about, fps fluctuation is a low priority to the dev team

does cl_dynamic_crosshair affects the default crosshair? idk give it a try
perixx DX-1000XXL, apart from its sharp edges that wear out with time it feels pretty muck like the qck and ive been using it for 5 months now and still feels new, i like the qck too but theres no denying that with time they deteriorate a lot
