Weird TF2Center issue

When I try to access tf2center.com I'm greeted with this:

The problem goes away if I use a browser based VPN but it's a hassle because it throttles my connection. The only other thing I've tried is changing my DNS server with this guide: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using?hl=en

Personally I don't think what Reason did was particularly nice. It has killed our team and that is hard to take. But when you have a player like Drackk who is playing at a high skill level he should be playing at the very top of TF2. He had a choice at the end of it and he decided he wanted to play with them not us.
