Tweaking net settings to fit mid-high ping?

AimIsADickFor starters what is your TF2 environment (mods, hardware, OS, etc.)? Have you tried a clean install?
I think you should try out mastercomfig, and then tinker around with module settings until you find the most optimal configuration for your environment.
It's also a good idea to use "net_graph 4" (why is there no inline code formatting?) to get network information.
I have tried all of those, yes. But I appreciate the advice regardless.

Tweaking net settings to fit mid-high ping?

I've been getting into sniper for the first time these past few weeks, and the hitboxes seem a bit wack, some shots that are in no way on a player's head end up counting as a headshot, and vice versa.
Keep in mind that I do play on 98 ping on average, so that might play a role? How do you tweak net settings to fit a 98 ping average?
Help would be appreciated.
