I run TeamTavern, a free, open-source site for finding people to play with, and it has a TF2 section:

What it does for TF2:
- Players and teams post what they're looking for: division, classes, format (6s, Highlander, Ultiduo), region, language and when they play.
- Divisions are on one scale covering ETF2L and RGL, from Fresh / Newcomer to Premiership / Invite.
- A post with a Steam profile links to the player's logs.tf, demos.tf, ETF2L and RGL pages.
- Communities can post too, for pub servers and game modes like MGE, Jump or Versus Saxton Hale.
- You can browse everything without an account, and message a poster or add them on Steam or Discord.
- If you post, it emails you when a new post fits yours.
There are no ads for boosting or anything like that, and nothing to install. Source is at https://github.com/bklaric/team-tavern
Feedback is welcome, especially on the TF2 options: if a division, format or anything else is wrong or missing, tell me and I'll fix it.
