Roccat KPM has a fairly similar shape to the g400 and the same sensor as Zowie mice.
The latest version of the firmware is slightly better than the zowie firmware as well. The mice look pretty horrible, except the grey version which is ok. Buttons and textures on the mouse are really good.
The ec2a is probably the closest shape to what you'll want in terms of zowie mice but they're really hard to come by
Probably a spy related hud element- my guess is the cloak meter. See if it still happens if you remove your hud.
saamyes i love how you could go up 2 rounds in 30 minutes and then turtle for 10 to win a map in eu
People who go up rounds early and try to run down the clock generally fuck up because they give the other team so many opportunities to push if they never push themselves. Playing conservatively but normally, pushing when you have enough picks is still way more effective.
The "nation gay" meme comes from nation being a repressed homosexual who will go out of his way to denounce homosexuality at any turn and tell people that "i hate gay" to try and hide the fact that he actually loves willy.
I talked about this outside of tftv but A/D could work
The main problem I've heard about A/D from a lot of players is that for red, once a point is taken there's generally little reason to defend it again/retake the area like you might do in CS. Out of any team fps game, CS has the easiest to understand and one of the most well balanced objectives, having an asymmetrical gamemode can eliminate most stalemating as rounds can only last a certain length in which the attacking team has to complete the objective.
I think the best version of an A/D gamemode would be something like mountainlab (although obviously not actually that map lmao) where you have a linear A/D map, but with the change that red can recap the points.
To make this work you'd have to make it so that point captures didn't add cap time (at least not for red recaptures) and make it so the 2nd point caps quicker than the 1st and the 3rd caps quicker than the 2nd like on a 5cp map, giving the attacking team a chance to backcap the defending team, but making it significantly harder for the defending team to backcap the attacking team.
This would basically be like 5cp cut in half and made into A/D, it might eliminate stalemate issues as the attacking team are always under pressure to cap last, but the defending team always have an incentive to push out on an advantage to retake an if they get enough picks on last. The issue with this type of map is that it eliminates midfights compared to 5cp (which are a pretty interesting part of the game) and it's always going to be significantly harder to balance an asymmetrical map compared to a symmetrical one.
Lain's A/D koth gamemode also sounds pretty interesting and I'd like to try it out.
Hi nation what is that weird dance thing meme that people keep asking you to do on stream is it called a "dib"?
You probably don't want vsync on though. It can give you horrendous input lag.
That indicates that the jitter is a variable framerate issue, possibly something that could be fixed by capping/not capping fps? I don't see how that would be an issue on one account but not another, but it might be a combination of fps capping and a different setting as well.
Try setting a limit for fps_max if you don't have one set, or set it to 0 if you do have one.
Dima is fast becoming my favourite Russian
This is the "Subways" track teaser that you can get by dialing a hotline btw. https://soundcloud.com/user-397951208/the-avalanches-teaser-track-subway
Makes a difference on very few maps. Only ones I can think of are viaduct where there's a legitimate reason because the map isn't rotationally symmetrical and so there's spam angles you can peek with rockets on one side not the other (particularly connector).
Other maps have some props that are on one side of the map but not the other that you can hide stickies in (I think snakewater and granary have this?) but they're mostly not that useful traps and pretty fringe cases.
I don't see the point in doing this every game.
How did I not hear about this wtf? Thought this was never going to come out as several people left since 2000 and sample clearance takes so long but holy shit.
flatlinehow does fixing that take 184 mbs
they're not very subtle here
edit: supposedly due to how many vpks are being updated BUT it is valve
Apparently there was a bug with the heavy hands materials where they could stop payloads because they had weird collision, so they remade the materials, but they did it in a different way to before so they all had the wrong file paths and wouldnt use the right textures.
So instead of fixing that by moving where the materials went they literally copy pasted all the textures again.
Good old valve.
