Many taunts that allow you to hold a button to be in the taunt for an are banned because they allow you to see around corners giving players with these items a very large advantage. Other taunts that work for an extended amount of time and allow you to move during taunting both mess up your hitboxes and have been associated with a whole host of other bugs in the past, being able to move whilst taunting is in general pretty buggy in tf2.
