I'm trying to make the default match hud use a different image instead of the portraits used normally.
I'm assuming that it comes from this part of HudMatchStatus.res
"classimage"
{
"ControlName" "CTFClassImage"
"fieldName" "classimage"
"xpos" "cs-0.5"
"ypos" "0"
"zpos" "3"
"wide" "19"
"tall" "19"
"visible" "1"
"enabled" "1"
"image" "../hud/class_scoutred"
"scaleImage" "1"
"proportionaltoparent" "1"
}The images I'm trying to use are the scoreboard class emblems (which are located under ../hud/leaderboard_class_scout etc). However, changing the image value to this doesn't seem to do anything. Is there some way of changing the vtfs that hud elements use like this? Is there something I'm not getting?
why on earth would you ever just skip a season lol. Seems like the worst thing for the health of your league.

something about her voice is fucking hypnotising idk
no I just think it looks funny
I'd also note that the ranges for picmip that you provided may be unique to your GPU. As someone on the cursed linux nvidia setup, the scope removal and warping doesn't disappear at higher picmip values, but I solved that by making my crosshair cover the entire scope area when I'm on sniper.
Also higher picmip values can do things like removing the bushes on gully which might come under the "Alteration of game settings to make map objects transparent" rule although not sure about this one because its vague.
dbkKevito1https://clips.twitch.tv/GentleOnerousHawkOhMyDogholy shit hes so handsome
Galindo appreciation of Galindo aesthetics.
It depends on the method you're using to do it and the level of bias. If it's to the extreme point where sniper scope and bushes disappear then I wouldn't use it in RGL as it's definitely bannable.
Doubt valve are going to do shit.
Imaging spades in a mad max style rampage where people drive around brutally murdering one another in a quest to get The Last Slurpee
The website made me miss how valve used to release updates in pieces with each day revealing more info. I forgot they did that.
Why did cyanic delete everything. Dont get why people do that shit.
It really depends on whether you count "carry potential" purely on how much work the player is doing where obviously scouts and demo are going to be better or you're counting it on how much impact you have on the game with how you play.
Imo pocket soldier is the class where if ur having a good or bad day it has the least impact on whether your team wins or loses, more so than med or roamer. You might still outfrag your roamer but its very easy to see how your mistakes can lose you rounds on roamer, on pocket there are times when you can be fucking up and it kind of feels like you're just there. That said, you still can have a pretty big impact on any class so this isn't to say that the class is useless or anything like that.
