what do you mean out of sync? VTF crosshairs can't be out of sync.
Are the viewmodels out of sync?
If this is the case you'll have to do something like this

It can still get out of sync so you'll want this to be in every class config so it doesn't desync when you switch classes

then there's still exceptions if you die holding a weapon but respawn with another (but there's a command for keeping last weapon equipped on respawn. not hard to find but I don't remember off the top of my head)
And if you use q on engineer/spy with this you'll also have to make sure to bind build/disguise menus to other buttons to still have access to them.

I used to have this all scripted (worked for q and mousewheel) but sadly that's a cfg from 4 years ago that I lost when my laptop decided to become a time bomb. There might be mistakes in what i wrote but some experimentation should make it easy to fix if there are any.

EDIT: also you can cut out the need for a viewmodel command by using Yttrium's viewmodel script. No desync with viewmodels ever if you use that
EDIT2: fixed mistake. weapon2 and weapon3 aliases now correspond to slot2 and slot3

I'm not sure if it was intentional but at some point you said "melodical" instead of "methodical" but if it was a mistake you completely salvaged that by saying "7 is playing to kaidus' tune" or something like that right after and throwing the word "rhythm" in there as well for good measure. I'm still uncertain if it was an actual mistake because of how well you salvaged and it showed some real talent to improvise and adapt

LoL player who knew very little of TF2 so we spent the entire night introducing her to the TF2 community. her mind was blown when she found out you can just walk up to top players and talk to them (we went up to both ascents and se7en after ascent.na knocked se7en down to lower bracket). She was already hyped from just watching the cast so then explaining team histories and standing there talking to them was quite overwhelming prob. She said she might start to play tf2 because we're such a nice community. She'll be here again next year

once in ma3la's chat. I was so tired because I hadn't slept in like 30 hours to the point I was apparently writing gibberish in chat and he timed me out because though he couldn't translate it, he assumed I was talking shit

Not very impressive tbh, but it's quite rare for star to time people out himself afaik so it's kinda funny it happened twice, and both due to misunderstandings and I didn't mind either of them (the 1st time it encouraged me to get some sleep finally)

here's my personal minor edit of CE for people to test. Lawena does not detect it as a HUD for me (only as Config).
If yours still thinks it's a HUD then i'm out of ideas

Also this edit contains a cfg folder with a file called useful.cfg. You can use "exec useful" in console to exec the commands before recording.
It's quite nice for recording STVs

• ce_killstreaks_enabled 1: Every weapon has killstreaks (and all weapons add up to a total instead of seperate counters)
  
• ce_localplayer_enabled 1: STV killfeeds will highlight kills involving the person you're spectating
  
• ce_localplayer_track_spec_target 1: see above, makes sure it's updated to whoever you're speccing
  
• ce_hitevents_enabled 1: STV damage numbers
  
• tf_use_min_viewmodels 0: Lawena doesn't have this in its own configs so this makes sure I record with normal viewmodels
  
• cl_use_tournament_specgui 0: the spectator HUD that shows all hp/ubers. Good for casting, less so for frag videos imo so this turns it off
  
• tf_spec_xray_disable 1: Turns off the STV wallhack health bars

No clue what the HUD is called but add hamaham if you really want it. I'm quite certain he is the only person in this game who uses it
cfg is probably the standard blocky textures + LOD bias + dx8 (ask hamaham)
