#1 Does anyone have this hitsound? in Customization

I don't really know if this is the right place to ask about this, but I've been hunting for a hitsound I used to use like 5-6 years ago but to no avail. Specifically, it was Mangachu's hitsound back when he played and you can hear it in this stream highlight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFEUNudfrIs

AFAIK Mangachu himself has said he couldn't find this hitsound either, and his config downloads on dropbox have long since been deleted. I just want to know if anyone here has any info on where I can find this hitsound.

kronI'm still unable to figure out how to change the notification background, in which file do I change this, or is this a .vtf thing?

Where is the hud animation(?) for when players I'm looking at are below a certain HP drops to a different colour (E.g red)

You can find all the files that control notifications in resource/ui/notifications. The background is the "Notification_Background" element, and is changed among all the files in that folder. I had some issue editing that element directly as it seems to be hardcoded in relation to size and what not, so changing it to "visible" "0" and adding your own ImagePanel for the background in base_notification.res is a good start.

** Version changed from Beta to Release ** All gamemodes and features of the HUD are finished. This does not mean I will not work on it anymore, just that all the major points are covered now. **
+ Added a new main menu background and game loading screen. This main menu will only be visible when there is not an event going on, otherwise Halloween and Christmas backgrounds will display.
+ Updated the main menu to contain the new items in the cycling ad.
+ Added a customization to remove the player class on the bottom right (both 3d and 2d versions)
+ Fixed the dead icon not appearing in voice status
+ Added the regular timers for people not using tf_use_match_hud
+ Updated the playlist queue to match the rest of the HUD theme

SphaSo I am using sunset HUD and I wanted to know if they is any way to move my metal closer to the center of the skin since right now it seems to just cut off if i move it any closer towards the middle. I don't know if i am doing things wrong by editing with the HudAccountPanel.

You need to move the parent hud element in scripts/hudlayout.res. Change the ypos of HudAccountPanel in there to move the metal count easier.

fiestaGreat hud. Are you planning to make it for 4:3 tho?

Yes, all resolutions and game modes are planned to be supported, I just haven't gotten to testing it. I've had someone tell me it works fine in 4:3 as most elements are positioned from the center rather than the edges.

I have gotten a lot of feedback from various sources after the initial release of this HUD and have made some changes. Here are some of the more important ones to note:
- The HP and ammo bars are no longer fully opaque, and are now much more transparent to improve visibility in the HUD
- The medic charge label has had it's fully opaque black background removed for visiblity as well.
- Some more work has been done to refine the minmode toggle of this HUD for those who wish to forego the HP and ammo bars all together

I have updated the Imgur album to reflect these changes to the HUD

~ Adjusted the layout of the minmode HUD. Added bars to indicate low health and ammo. Feedback appreciated.
