Good bass as in bass-heavy or as in not the typical too weak in-ear bass?
What you pay for is what you get. I recommend sticking with your budget, there are always better, more expensive headphones unless you buy one of those 1000$ custom-fit in-ears (they're about as good as it can get).

For bass heavy I'd say Shure SE215 or DUNU Hephaes. Because of the strong bass they are both a bit weak on the highs.

May I ask on what device you'll be using them?

FYI it isn't 240Hz.

It is a 120 Hz monitor. (Check the digital scanning rate. Even if you fed it 240 fps it couldn't read them fast enough.)

The so called "Turbo 240" just disable the backlight between frames.

Basically it's Lightboost, maybe not even as good.

I don't think built-in lightboost makes a 120Hz monitor worth twice as much as 3d-cabable 144Hz monitors.

#12 Why not Haswell? There's really no point in going for Ivy Bridge.

#13 In theory you could probably push it further, but Haswell and even Ivy Bridge get you a newer chipset with more features, perform at least the same and are cheaper.
Plus OP is looking for a mini-ITX build, which means that you can't cool SB enough to get those 5+ GHz overclocks that you need to beat Haswell in terms of performance.

If you can get one of the 7950 200$ deals then go for it. If you can't then i'd rather wait for the R9 280 (should be released in this month = october), it's a rebranded 7950 for 200$.

EVO > Pro. There's a lot more to it than the basic (sequential) read/write speeds. Bigger SSDs are always faster, you'd have to compare with a 128GB 840 Pro.

Case is a lot about what you want. 20$ more or less can get you what you want so i just took the most basic case that would work to get a minimal price.

Dual Channel vs Single Channel doesn't make much of a difference, bandwidth isn't really a problem for games. Timings do way more (read: +3% max).

Aftermarket cooler: Cooler and more importantly more quiet. Can be dropped though.

If you are going to die it doesn't matter anymore, the only reason to use it are stats.
If you are not going to die there's no reason to waste it.

Assuming that you can't perfectly predict wether you are going to die or not i would follow these guidelines:
You can survive the next shot -> hold
Whatever player is trying to kill you would die before he can shoot again if the next shot hits well enough -> hold
You don't think your pocket is going hit anything -> hold and hope for a miracle surf
If none of these situations are given you should pop.

The only situation that justifies popping kritz is when using it could save you.
Example: A soldier bombs you, he is definitely not going to die from one rocket, but you would die if he hits one rocket. If you use the kritz your pocket might be able to kill him in time.

The swiss flag and "Wohlen, Switzerland" kinda gave it away.

You probably won't need a dedicated graphics card.

How many VMs are you going to run on that? (aka do you need an i7/Xeon or is an i5 enough)

Are you going to/do you want to use vPro/Vt-d/TET? (aka do you need Q87 or not)

After you answered those two questions it should be easier to find the right processor and mainboard for you. If you want/need an i7/Xeon or an Q87 mobo a SSD probably won't fit into your budget anymore.
