Game maker lite. I remember using that back in elementary school/middle school to make crappy club penguin fan-games. Those were the good ole days.

If it's true that the only reason Watch This is dropping out is because of stupidity in esea... could someone (TF.TV, or elsewhere) host a NA Top3 Round Robin? No league affiliation or anything, just Watch This, iT, and mix^ duking it out. I was really looking forward to these matchups, and I'm pretty pissed that ESEA's stupidity has caused some of these potentially really good games to never happen.
I would gladly donate a couple bucks or a few keys into a prize pot for something like this.
I'm quite interested. I've always thought of myself as relatively well versed and somewhat knowledgeable in the field of tf2. If not writing, I would be interested in proofreading if you'd want someone to do that.
MuselkDoes it need to be a twitch link? Twitch doesnt seem to like recording my streams...
If it gets chosen, the titles at the end may be a bit out of place. Kurt would probably want just the raw video of it. I don't think it matters where it comes from, though.
MuselkIll throw this in here, not sure if people are still checking it for highlights/if this is worth a highlight.

Yup... I have a few chronic pain issues, as well as moderate-severe eczema. I've had a rough few years, but the one thing that makes me forget about what I'm going through is this game. My "real-life" friends don't get my obsession ("duuude 1300 hours is waaay too much that's unhealthy"), but this game and this community have been nothing but awesome to me. I can't get enough tf2 or enough of the community. Truth is, I don't know most of you guys... but that doesn't stop me from loving all you guys.
If any of you facing issues want someone to talk to for a bit, add me and talk/rant/whatever you want to me. I'm chill, and it'd be great to get to know you.
p.s. i realize 1300 hours is average-below average on these forums, but for most people in my town, that is an unheard of amount of time in a game
Lemon*snip*
it's just such a clean airshot.
Are you talking about the one at 2:36 or something else?
edit: he changed the link to a different video. i guess he mis-pasted.
That's incredible, Rays. Also, your cat is really cute loops.
Wondering if anyone has some golden pictures to share, preferably raw images. I'll start out with a decent one, hopefully others will have better.

Mine's on the left. Been doing a lot of homework/map making/composing, so I ditched my second monitor for a bit. Desk on the right is my brother's desk. So yeah. Come steal my stuff, internet strangers.
If you are running games in fullscreen, try to run it in a full screen window.
killemdeaderNozzlefrknI've never heard of chaotic being used to describe soccer, so I'm not sure that analogy is a good one. It's actually pretty easy to follow.
I was actually thinking about that... +1 to you, sir. Maybe hockey, relative to football?
But... Hockey has less players than football, and moves faster. Not exactly a great comparable to HL.
Imagine water polo, but with horses. And aimbot machines. And pick classes.
Personally, I love it. A lot of people don't like this sort of edit, but I really do. The only clip I couldn't follow was the shared airshot (didn't realize what it was until afterwards). Other than that, I really enjoyed it.
Quindaliesea- pay to play, can't even get a real season opening date or release an official map list
ugc- free to play, consistent league and match scheduling every season/week, releases map list at the beginning of each offseason
seems legit
Obviously, there are advantages to esea (LAN, prizepool, generally better players, etc), but it seems very unorganized. This may be a pretty unpopular opinion, but I'm starting to get tired of ESEA, and I've only just registered/ started looking for a team.
ESEA's decision to keep the QF in the whitelist through the last season turned (what's already pretty stalematey) LAN into a no-fun fest, at least from a spectator POV. Did you guys watch the fully charged with Killing and Kalkin? Kalkin seems almost disconnected from the wants of the community entirely (gru, minis, etc). And do bitcoins even need to be mentioned? Have we as a community just decided that it's no biggie? I don't care where the money from the mining went, it's absolutely silly that it could happen in the first place.
How can you announce the starting date to your paying customers this late? It's not hard to set dates in advance. In fact, it's a lot easier.
I get it, ESEA is the best thing TF2 has for a league right now, but it leaves much to be desired. I don't know, no one minds complaining about esea, but whenever an alternative is brought up, it gets -frags and no decent responses explaining why.
Sorry for formatting and stuff, I'm on my phone.
marteni believe it is 0=true 1=false for that command.
see if setting it to 0 works.
No, 1 is always true and 0 is always false. I think it's just a poorly worded variable. If 1, you avoid your teammates by pushing them away, if 0 you don't avoid teammates by pushing them away. I think that's how this command works, I haven't used it personally.
edit: words are hard
