You need to empty out your friends list a little bit, happened to me as well with over 500 friends, but it's fine now with below 450 friends.

JespCan you even have more than one account tied to the same phone number? Or same phone? Otherwise we'll only see cheaters that are a bit too dedicated for their own good. Imagina buying a new phone to continue cheating in a video game.
You can have as many accounts you want on the same phone number, having 1 account on 2 phone numbers isn't possible. However the process of actually getting your account fully verified AND also adding up money to that Steam account to purchase the premium status in game is annoying and it's a decent way to put off people who want to live a simple life instantly from cheating how easy it is to do for pubs, but it won't keep them away forever from matchmaking like you mentioned about people who could be too dedicated for that if they just want.

Do consider that this is a test whitelist, we had overlooked on Pomson 6000 and will rethink about that soon now as we were said that the glitch of that weapon had been fixed, but apparently it was false information.
Just take this in same way as Loch-N-Load from last season test whitelist, at least now we know what should not be included in 6v6! But anyways, we will very likely give another update to the whitelist before the season itself starts. Just do not abuse the glitch of the weapon for the remainder of the cup time in officials.

I got some warning on my Gmail saying that my account was tried to be accessed from Ukraine, unsure whether or not is it affected with this or the Steam fuck up with last evening. Either way I don't even use the same password in both UGC and Gmail or Steam.
I got first 4 contracts on the day I bought the whole campaign stamp and just today I got a 5th one.
I'm not sure if there's some pattern with them again if there are only be 26 contracts in total now and the campaign is supposed to last until March even.
