enigmaMitchI have the hud available but you will need to ask the creator to allow me to distribute it (guessing that is omnibombulator).
Otherwise if you just need spectator hud, the EssentialsTF hud is open source: https://github.com/CriticalFlaw/essentialsHUD
i made the original -- feel free to do whatever with it
