I don't think it's meant to be necessarily useful. A lot of this stuff is opinion, it's just interesting to see how they are ranked and discuss the rankings.

Guy that makes the chart has a blog, he says froyotech dropping so low is mostly due to their unconfirmed medic slot, as well as them not attending i65, given that the system favours recent results.

it's shockingly good at predicting match results and is always a good read, shame not more people know about it.
its sad the only good comp tf2 content is a 4minute blog post about logs but o well.
