not sure if this is the spot or who i should talk to about it but if we could get ringer roles added to discord so that anyone looking for a ringer can just say "@ringers" and it'll ping anyone with the role that would be great

Discord role assignment for @NA Ringer and @EU Merc are now set up. All users in the Discord need to do is react to the message in the #welcome channel, which adds them to a globally pingable role. Unreacting should remove the role when you're no longer available to prevent ping spam.
