With ESEA Season 31 announced, now is probably the best time to put up this thread. BLANC Esports is back after a season hiatus (what else is new) and we're looking for gamers to compete, learn, and grow with in the coming months. Below is the tentative roster we're working with at the moment.
Scout: zanda

Soldier: Crasian
Soldier: ?
Demo: sail
Medic: Tery
We are planning to play in ESEA S31 IM (assuming it exists) and the next iteration of RGB (hoping dates are announced soon) (Fragile pls). It's a dream of mine to be able to field the same six for both ESEA and LAN so the ability to travel to such would be taken into consideration. Ideally you will have some form of experience at the low-mid IM level at mininum. It's important that you are comfortable with giving and taking constructive criticism, and can take losing in stride. We're certainly not going undefeated but we are gonna be getting better throughout the course of a season (having fun while we're at it). And for once I'd like to have BLANC with two straight IM seasons with minimal changes - but that's very far into the future. Likely to scrim four nights a week, starting at 9:30 EST.
You'll also be privy to the quote / comedy gold mine that is our Soldier duo. Observe:

Playing on NOIR with Crasian and Tery last summer was a ton of fun, easily 2 of my favourite teammates. Brian is also a mega funny guy and a good main caller, and zanda is definitely an up and comer.

Hello! With the first quarter of the season done, I realize we could really use some dedicated IM backups. Ideally we could get someone for each class, but the priority would be Demos and Scouts over Soldiers and Medics.

In a classic "can't have a smooth season" turn of events, we will need someone to sub pocket for us on Tuesdays in place of Crasian. We're avoiding getting matches on that day but should the worst case scenario happen, we would provide league fees as usual. Please be mid-IM and be willing to get this bread.
