Haven't seen a thread go up for this yet, apologies if an official/news one is in the pipeline, but I thought I'd post in case there isn't one.

Runs 10th-13th. Playing koth_isla, koth_ordinance and cp_logjam.

Don't wanna be biased before even playing it but I kinda dislike koth_ordinance from a glance of just waddling around on it. The doorframes are really thick meaning you get stuffed easy, point is covered in an inside area and there's a lobby and a yard before you even get to the point. You could honestly move the spawn into that lobby area and that would be a massive improvement. On top of all this, it's mirrored, meaning gameplay isn't symmetrical.

Only pro I can see from my wander around is that it seems bad for sniper, which is a first for koth in 6s.

Can't say for sure until it's been played tho so going in with an open mind.

Propaganda is a very good and completely league ready map with a developer who updates daily, definitely should be played if you guys want another 5cp, but this goes for Paper as well (who is the developer of ordinance)

NA only played logjam iirc. Aussies had a 3 map cup I think tho and had different choices. Personally think no harm done in regions trying different stuff out. Means more maps are given are chance and certain regions end up becoming known for certain maps (NA and sunshine, AU and logjam, etc.)

I would much rather test the same maps as the NA teams did.
Seems strange for both regions to test different maps.

If one (or more) maps are good enough, how are you going to decide which maps of the current map pool are going to be removed? There was a poll season 25

I mean, making decisions based on NA VS EU play that might never actually happen again or happen pretty rarely isn’t smart imo, each region should just do what they want
