In-game Demo Recorder help

Recently I've been wanting to record and re-watch a lot of my scrims and matches for the purpose of reviewing and looking for frag movie material. I came across the problem of PREC not recording any of the na.pug.champ.gg pugs that I play and I prefer not to use STV demos for a frag movie, and I don't know of a fix around the PREC problem so I'm deciding now to just use the in-game demo recorder Valve intended we use for competitive and matchmaking, etc.

If there is someone that can help me set it up properly and help set up tick marking and maybe demo prefixes so I can easily find what tick I'm looking for. I've heard that the in-game recorder is actually better for people like me, so the help would be greatly appreciated!

edit: got it all set up, thanks Googler

It can be set-up through the advanced options menu. You can set prefix and autodelete, etc. Type "find ds_" in console to see the list of the commands. ds_mark makes a bookmark

Where does the ds_mark go?

edit: figured it out, thanks :P

ds_mark is a console command, you can bind it to a key just like any other command by typing
bind <key> "ds_mark"
in the console. For example
bind h "ds_mark"

Personally I have it set on the numpad keys, those look like kp_<name>, for example kp_end or kp_home
