Sensetivity help

So lately ive been getting fps drops and decided to install chris' max fps config. After having installed it it feels like my sensetivity tripled.
It is really annoying after using the same sens for like a year. I dont know if its some weird placebo effect or if i was playing with 20 fps this whole time. I dont think the increased fps is the problem because i have a set fps_max, this config should've just made my fps not dip below it.
Is there maybe something in the config itself that could've possibly fucked my sens up?

What's your m_rawinput set to?
Also chris config is outdated as fuck, use one of these graphic cfgs instead: https://cfg.tf/make/ I personally recommend felik: low end as I personally find it the most stable.

edit: Also if you want to test how your fps is with the new config, compared to old, use this tool: http://www.teamfortress.tv/7598/tf2-benchmarks

it's possible that fps_max made your sens feel different slightly if it's set at something low like 60. it does normally add input lag since the game "sleeps" if it's above the fps rate

by default felik does this to the mouse:

m_filter 0
m_rawinput 1 // Forces the use of raw mouse input.
m_mousespeed 0 // Disables windows mouse acceleration, leading to more precision.

unless raw input was off before, or you disabled ingame accel yourself, i think it's just placebo or something else external

edit: oh wait i fucked up, you said you were using chris's. by default chris's doesnt do anything though it has m_rawinput 1 in, but commented out
