I have an odd problem. I got the models to work for the scout's scattergun flawlessly, but for some reason it doesn't work for the spy's revolvers. Both classes share the same fov's.

I must be missing something simple.

check if you don't have any other spy animation mod installed

Wow, apparently the classic backstab animation mod causes issues to the revolver. Removing the animation mod makes it work.

Oh well. I find it sexier to shoot my enemies anyways. Thank you very much!

if you have an autoexec in your custom folder, it'll automatically override the valve one so it isn't used. Unfortunately there's not an easy way for me to check for this because people name their folders all kinds of shit.

You guys are better off using r_drawviewmodels for medi-gun and flamethrower if they're that important to you, the particles can't come out the normal spot if the weapon isn't in the normal spot.

I did this intentionally to simultaneously fix a huge bug regarding hiding melee weapons without hiding their inspects.

That being said, in retrospect only one class (spy) has melee inspects currently implemented, so I might as well revert those changes for the other classes.

Preloading doesn't work on Mac anymore.

As for Linux, I haven't written a compatible installer because studiomdl, which the installer relies upon, is Windows-only. Theoretically you could replicate everything done behind the scenes on a Windows machine to set up preloading, and then copy the output from a Windows install to a Linux one, but I haven't tested it.

This may have already been left as a post on here, sorry if it has but i haven't yet found it. I downloaded the program, got half way through setting up then decided that i didn't want to, i hadn't clicked the install button, but i clicked the uninstall button anyway for some reason. When i started up tf2 a few minutes later i noticed that i was no longer able to exec my autoexec, all of my fps config was still working though except gibs had been switched on even though in the config all the code was there for them to be switched off. Everything in my custom file still works, i tried putting my autoexec in there (forgive me if that was a stupid thing to do, i'm not very experienced with this kind of stuff). Anyone know how to fix this stuff?

you need to select Team Fortress 2, not TF.
