Everyone at this lan was super nice! Definitely worth any amount of driving just for 3 days of pure social bliss with good friends and meeting everyone. I had a lot of fun, BIG shoutout to Beel for letting me use his computer and 144 hz monitor to play in the tournament! Here are a few pictures that I took. (Excuse my shitty quality Iphone 4s)

HUGE thanks to gandalf for the great idea of going to the zoo as a group of friends Sunday instead of having everyone just leave. We need to do this more as a tf2 community, it was one of my favorite memories I have from RGB. All credit to her for that wonderful idea.

Another big shoutout and thanks to gollywobbler for driving all the way up from Texas and picking me up on the way. Super chill dude and definitely good car company :).

Anyone that did not go to the zoo missed out on this perfect shirt designed for Rando/Aim
http://imgur.com/a/tfiaN Waddle On (fuck this shitty lighting, I am pale as fuark)

http://imgur.com/GP5MP9L The Bugs Combo

http://imgur.com/a/xCBCU EVL: left to right, Big Blasta (John Milter), Yomps, Aim, Marmaduke. Cookiejake might have been on the end, Freestate was sitting alone with a group of fanboys watching him.

http://imgur.com/a/2yE05 Kumo Sushi Ft. Dr ShadowPuppet, Stochastic, Br0nze, SpaceghostCoffee, Radium. Hands down the best sushi I've ever had. Tasted fresh as fuck. The other table had Gandalf, Spamfest, Split_, Beel.

http://imgur.com/a/hhMfG Lots of alcohol in our hotel Ft. KevinIsPwn :). Seriously, who let me drink that much? That was fucking amazing and I had a blast. We had so much leftover liquor we just left it there at the hotel room. Lmao

I hope to see everyone that went to RGB at the next lan! And hopefully anyone who didn't go, will invest in the trip. It is 100% well worth the experience. Good food, Good people, Good memories. See you guys next fall.

Seriously, 3rd place would not have been possible without Beelthazus. Amazing guy and an amazing friend.

Hi everyone. I want to give a huge thank you to all the TF2 players that came out this weekend. I am consistently blown away by how far you all travel to come to our events and I'm incredibly happy that you thought it was worth the drive and can't wait for the next one. You guys have created an amazing community of gamers and it's my pleasure to host you for the weekend.

Huge shout-out to Nick (Fragile) for everything he does before and during the event. He works his ass off to make it the best possible experience for you guys on top of running most of the other tournaments at the event. He's an incredible admin and staff member and I don't think I could do the event without him.

We're still deciding if the next event will be in the Fall or next Spring, and we always take a look at new venues every year before we sign the next contract with the Expo Center. But no matter when or where, there WILL be another RGB LAN in the next year and I can't wait to see you all there!

PS - If you have a minute, please fill this out for us so we can make the next one even better! https://goo.gl/forms/2FZp4tmVSVRKhHej2

Hey, that was fun! Glad I made it out. I wasn't planning on going, but I was in Connecticut for something and figured it would be interesting.

Dr.shdwpuppet let me sleep in his room and drove me everywhere (including the train station at 4:30 am for pickup and 8 am the next day for drop-off.)

Stochastic, Dr.shdwpuppet, and I got Philly cheesesteaks at 5 am, which was ridiculous (especially considering that we had all slept before and were very sober)

I unexpectedly got on a team and did pretty decently given that I was on my laptop with a different mouse than the one I normally use. Also I'd played once in the past 4 months or so. I missed this game!

Someone came up and shook my hand in the middle of a match (I didn't see who it was, but I appreciate the enthusiasm!)

I had the most weird dinner of my life (in a good way!) with the sparklegang and friends.

The one dude thought my (apparently very flimsy) TN driver's license was sketchy, and gandalf paid for her (delicious) sugarwater with a lot of singles.

I also had a fun time in the bopper/goldfish room after the tournament. Met some people I was only casually acquainted with beforehand, which was great. I regret setting a hard cutoff time for myself before getting there. I have learned from my mistakes, and it won't happen again.

Sunday morning, I rode the train up to NYC, and hung out with family for a few days which was great, too.

Thanks everyone for being so accommodating! The RGB admins made sure I had Internet connection despite not being registered beforehand and space being very low. The TF2 community dealt with my newfound out-of-touch-ness. My friends were (and are) awesome.

Also, for those asking, the RGB LAN medals are not yet in the game. They will be included during the next TF2 update (whenever that will be). When they are thrown in with the next update, I'll give out the medals.

I decided to mess with a new editing software I got and the demos I had from lan were my test runs. I also wanted another way to remember this amazing event.
