small but annoying issues with new built

Hello, I built a computer a few weeks ago(first built) and I've been having some problems with it. These are problems I've never had with my pre-built and I've been constantly googling things and it's just getting annoying. They're small problems too but still annoying.

Here's my pcpartpicker: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RgZ2jc

1.) Chrome keeps crashing on youtube. I googled it and it told me to unable a setting in the browser and it's helped a bit but still happens. It'll just freeze and the video will turn into a green screen.

2.) I downloaded a DS3 tool so I can play games with a controller and it keeps saying I need .NET 3.5 Framework in order to use the tool and when I go to download it, it says it's unable to download.

3.) I'm trying to use a printer with it and it keeps saying it can't since my ports are 3.0 and the usb is 2.0 even though it should work. I've downloaded the drivers and then connected it but it still doesn't work.

There's honestly more problems and I really just can't think of them right now. I feel like this could be a Windows 10 issue but I wanted to post here and ask for your input. I will edit this when I remember some other dumb issues I have.

Zabi.NET 3.5 Framework

Here is the official link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25150

ZabiChrome keeps crashing on youtube

In Chrome, go to three dots menu > Help > About Chrome and seeing if it's up to date, if not, update it. Try updating your GPU drivers, and seeing if there's an update for Windows as well (Start menu > cog icon > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates) Also, post a list of what extensions you have installed for Chrome, if any.

ZabiI'm trying to use a printer

Try switching around the other things attached to your computer. If that doesn't work, you need a USB 2.0 hub

Don't use DS3 Tool, use Better DS3. DS3 Tool requires / required (can't remember) MotionJoy drivers, which include/included (again, don't remember) some sort of malware. I'm currently using Better DS3 with no problems.

I actually use both but Better DS3 won't work either

edit: I got told to use this http://emulation-general.wikia.com/wiki/SCP_Driver_Package

Found this as well, not sure if you've tried it yet: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_wintp-insider_install/how-to-instal-net-framework-35-on-windows-10/450b3ba6-4d19-45ae-840e-78519f36d7a4?auth=1

ZabiEverything is up to date.

Is your GPU overclocked? Do you have any issues with games crashing or other graphical glitches? Do any other browsers crash on Youtube? Re-installed Chrome?

ZabiI've switched around things.

I've read mixed things, but from what I can tell, if your drivers are all up to date and there are no conflicts (no yellow/black !'s) in Device Manager (right-click start button > Device Manager) then you need a USB 2.0 hub.
