TF2 Weightloss? 3 Easy Steps!

Hey guys! Lykn here, your resident sexy stud and mge all-star. Recently, I've seen more and more people asking me, "How do you even lift?", "Can I possibly be as buff as you?", and, my personal favorite, "Can I suck yo dick mang". This brought to my attention that not all tf2 players realize what potential they have, not only to be as buff as me, http://i.imgur.com/J6ujh.jpg , but to also be almost as good at mge, and, lets face it, pure dm skill as me. (Over 770 matches played on mge it alone!)

Well, ya curious? I knew you would be! With results like this, who wouldn't? Now, here's the plan.
Step One!
Schedule at least 1-10 hours a day for about three months. Now, some people would be appalled at spending so much time on a video game, but this is a conversation between friends. We don't have to be fake with each other, you have that spare time.
Step Two!
Go and mge the best people you find, over an over. Now this may not seem fun to get crushed over and over, but! You will improve in much larger leaps and bound playing someone of my calibre then playing your other low open friends.
Step Three!
For every mge match you play, look at how many deaths you have accumulated. Take that number, and do that many push-ups! It's that simple! Now, because we are friends, I'll let you have this little piece of advice. If you can't do as many push-ups as your deaths, take your number, multiply it by two, and then do that many sit-ups! Boom! Not only do you now have great biceps, you also have a rock hard core that even I would be proud of!

Now, a lot of people would trust me because of my own amazing results with this program, but I know you are a bit of a coniseur of weight loss programs! You won't just try anything because only one incredibly handsome stud tells you that it works, so take the word of these well known people of the tf2 community!

I have never looked, and felt more handsome in my life! And, my dm is just that much better! Thanks Lykn!
-Banny

I have never had so many girls I added on Facebook actually accept! Thanks Lykn!
-Stu1tus

I am looking good and dming well, but I still admire you Lykn! Keep using those mad dm skills and keep looking sexy!
-Ruw1n

Now that you know it isn't just me whose gotten results, go out there and get buffed, while also improving your tf2 skills!

~Lykn, your humble tf2 fitness expert

-PS: Results may vary. You will not look as good, nor dm as well as Lykn. In fact, you suck. Go play soap or something, the pro mge community doesn't want you.

Holy shit dude, I just got a 12 pack my first day. Maybe my results are good because I die twenty time per MGE match though...

The flaw in this plan, Mr Lykn, is that the better you get at DM, the less you'll actually be working out!

I'M ON TO YOU AND YOUR GAMES

Wouldn't putting that kind of stress on your arms throw off your muscle memory and make you worse? Then you would die more often and your chances of losing is greater. That means you would have to do even more push ups and- ooohhh... I see how it works now.

Addition: For every airshot you take, 5 more pushups/10 more situps, for every airshot you MAKE, - 10 pushups/-20 situps.

Targeting your biceps with pushups is some next level shit.

I have some freeweights lying around and I work out with those whenever my comp has to load something.

Well this only applies on my old pc where the loading could take a few minutes (eugh) so instead of just sitting there waiting for the damn thing to start, I'd just lift a bit with the weights. I've been doing this for a year now and the results show.

Doesn't work when you have an SSD though.

What if you're unable to do that many?

I'm not saying that I get tons of frags. I'm saying that I have twig arms.
